After more than 30 successful years, we are offering our PADI 5* and SSI diving school Ocean Trek for sale due to retirement.
In Tenerife, it is high season all year round. The water temperature ranges from around 20 degrees in winter to 26 degrees in summer. There is a very good infrastructure and a safe environment, making the island one of the most popular destinations for tourists and expats in Europe.
The diving school is one of the oldest and best-known diving schools in Tenerife. It is centrally located to many hotels, on a small headland between two beaches in the most popular holiday region of Costa Adeje / Torviscas in the south of Tenerife.
One beach is located in a sheltered bay, where we can also conduct easier dives or training sessions directly from our diving school.
There are many regular guests and an extensive customer database. Thanks to its unique location, new guests are regularly added. The website can be found in the top positions on the most popular search engines, such as Google.
The diving school has a wide range of well-maintained equipment in all sizes for at least 20 diving guests and 45 diving tanks.
There is a new Coltri MCH 16 compressor, two 9-seater minibuses, and an Opel Zafira station wagon.
All paperwork and permits are up to date. Many existing bookings can be taken over immediately.
The diving school has given us a lot of pleasure over the years. We have met many nice people, some of whom also live here in Tenerife and regularly come by to dive, fill tanks, or just chat.
We plan to spend our retirement in Tenerife and are happy to provide advice and assistance to our successor if desired.
As we own the property ourselves, there is the possibility of an individual rental agreement. We have set the monthly rent at €2,500.
The price for the takeover, including all equipment, is €185,000. Normally, the money should be recouped within a short period of time.
