Dominica is well known for the amazing diving, in the top 10 destinations.
The underseas are wonderful and colorful and still very preserved. Corals are in a good shape. Our dives are usually easy dives for every kind of divers.
Our dive center, located in the North of the nature island, has been existing for 25 years and is fully operational and the reference dive center for all the hotels around down to the middle of the island.
It is not a small cabin on the beach but a Land property of 582 m² or 6265 sqft
The building is divided in 2 parts, the dive store of 340m² and an apartment of 195m² plus patio of 145m² of where to leave just above the dive center, very convenient!
We have 2 boats of 28 ft, one inflatable BWA 840 full diving (new rubber December 2024) and one MAKO 285.
We have 2 compressors plus a membrane compressor (2023) to provide nitrox.
Looking now for our retirement, we want to sale.
We will provide our support to transfer the business.
In terms of expansion of the business, we offer you a great opportunity, as a new international airport is in construction and a new marina will bring more tourists on the island.
