Whale Shark Adventures has become East Africa’s leading whale shark operator, welcoming thousands of international guests every season and earning an outstanding reputation for professionalism, safety and unforgettable wildlife encounters..
• Whale shark season now extended from 1 November until 15 March, creating significant additional revenue potential compared with previous seasons. Aim is to offer daily scuba diving lessons and daily 2 tank trips, 11 month per year, June we are closed.

Every whale shark season we receive numerous enquiries from certified scuba divers wishing to scuba dive with the whale sharks.
Unfortunately, until now we have had to decline many of these requests because our business has specialised primarily in whale shark snorkelling expeditions.
The opportunity now exists to build one of East Africa’s premier scuba diving operations by combining an already successful whale shark business with a professionally managed scuba diving centre operating throughout most of the year.
The new partner will be responsible for developing and managing this exciting expansion.

Investment and Expansion
The required investment is US$150,000 for a 49% equity partnership.
Importantly, this investment is not simply paid to the founder.
Approximately US$100,000 will be reinvested directly into the business to fund immediate expansion through the purchase of:
• A custom-built scuba diving boat.
• A complete fleet of brand-new scuba equipment.
• Additional scuba cylinders.
• New primary and backup compressors.
• Expansion of the scuba diving operation.
These assets become property of the partnership from day one, meaning the new partner immediately owns 49% of all newly acquired business assets, in addition to their ownership of the existing business.
