After co-running the dive shop for thirty years it’s time for me to explore other interests
Potential Growth - St Vincent’s new international airport now attracts daily flights from the US and Europe with JetBlue, AA, Delta (December 2025), Virgin Atlantic, Air Canada and regional airlines. This is a massive change and opens up the country to dive group travel. Once seen as a niche market St Vincent is ready to be marketed as a divers destination
Retail sales are currently limited to masks, fins. This could be expanded into clothing and beach items as the dive shop is on the prime waterfront walkway to the beach.
Cruise ship passengers - currently completely untapped for snorkel and/or dive trips.
