French Investor Looking for a Dive Center Partnership in Thailand
Experienced French manager and diver looking for a dive center partnership or progressive takeover in Thailand.
I am a French professional with more than 30 years of experience in management, team leadership, training and business/project development.
I am currently preparing a long-term project in Thailand and looking for an established and operating dive center where I could become an active partner and participate in its management and development.
I am particularly interested in:
• Partnership / equity investment
• Active co-management
• Progressive takeover
• Potential acquisition of the remaining shares after an initial transition period
Initial investment capacity: up to €100,000, depending on the business, its financial performance and the proposed partnership structure.
I am looking for a serious, established operation with an existing customer base, equipment and a professional diving team.
My objective is not simply to acquire a business, but to develop it together with the existing owner and team, while ensuring a smooth and progressive transition.
I am particularly interested in opportunities in Koh Lanta, Koh Phangan, Koh Chang, Khao Lak, Phuket, Krabi or Pattaya, but I am open to other locations in Thailand with strong diving potential.
I am also planning to work with an experienced diving professional who could complement my management and business development experience with strong technical and operational diving expertise.
