Expansion opportunities:
After the Corona pandemic, the number of visitors and reconstruction in the area has increased dramatically, and every year it increases even more. Every season, new hotels and rooms are built.
Due to the age and health problems of the last owner, in recent years, the dive center has been limited to offering basic services.
A younger and more active owner could expand into equipment sales and technical diving, snorkeling excursions by boat, something that the center has not offered so far.
It could also expand the visibility on social media, which has been almost non-existent until now.
There is no competitor in the area, and due to the very good reviews, we attract customers from other areas of Sithonia.
